Arora is Named One of The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2020

Arora Engineers, Inc. is honored to be named one of The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2020 in the large company category. This is the second time Arora has received this honor, and it is especially meaningful having come amid a Pandemic.

Each year, The Philadelphia Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to honor the top companies to work for in the Greater Philadelphia area, as voted on by the people who know them best – their employees.

In order to be included in the list, a company must reach a statistical target based on their employees’ responses to secure, anonymous surveys. The surveys include sections on work environment, personal growth, professional development, and embracing change and new ideas.

2020’s recognition on this admirable list finds Manik Arora, PE, President & CEO particularly proud of the company’s COVID Task Force, who worked fervently to prepare for the safe re-opening of all offices across the US. However, Manik also sees the honor as a tribute to the people who make Arora’s culture thrive by living out corporate values like communication, customer focus, ethics, excellence, innovation, mutual respect, and safety.

Typically, winning firms are honored at an awards ceremony, however, due to COVID-19 winners will be honored in a special print issue on July 31^st  this year.
