Arora has rethought the role of a traditional program management consultant to capitalize on processes and technologies that improve operations and asset longevity while connecting systems infrastructure to make facilities greener, safer, and more accessible.

We partner with facility owners and operators to deliver complex new construction projects, integrate disparate existing facilities with the new, and minimize impacts to operation during redevelopments.

Expert Management

Clients that have multiple projects can count on Arora’s expert management of the design and construction program. In this role, we assist our clients in managing multiple architects, engineers, and constructors, aligning stakeholders, schedules, quality, and budget aspirations.

  • Planning Management – Managing master planning, program planning and project planning aligned to the capital delivery plans
  • Developing Master Program Schedules/Schedule scenarios – development of schedule inclusive of all program and project-level efforts and interfaces
  • Managing or Developing Master Budgets – conversion of capital plans into program-level budgets inclusive of all planned project efforts, envisaging enabling efforts, risks, and peripherals
  • Design Management – Assure scope, quality, and compliance between all projects and manage interfaces and risks
  • Cost Management – inclusive of cost estimating, change management and value engineering
  • Delivery and Contracting Strategies – Development of procurement and transaction documents for Leases, Development Agreements, Public Private Partnerships, Design/Construction
  • Contracts, and Operations/Maintenance Contracts using traditional or alternative financing/delivery approaches
  • Managing Dispute Resolution Efforts by Subject Matter Experts
  • Managing ORAT and advisory services on post-opening/operational issues such as facility management, operations, capacity management, and passenger experience
